Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Underage gambling is a serious matter. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed. All deposits made by an underage account holder will be returned. ya888 will not retain any winnings accrued by an underage account holder and reserves the right to report instances of suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one (1) ya888 account only. ya888 reserves the right to void bets and return stakes in the following circumstances:

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the ya888 platform.

ya888's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the ya888 platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to ya888 in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits ya888's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

ya888 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the ya888 Privacy Policy.

Where an account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms, ya888 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from activity that was in breach of these Terms. Deposits made from verified, legitimate payment sources will be returned minus any amounts attributable to fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.

ya888 may amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time.
